Bill Eatock formed REI Financial Inc. in 2003 to help mid to high end borrowers obtain mortgage financing. Since many of these borrowers were real estate investors, REI Financial became involved in selling Fractional-Deed Co-Ownership, also called Tenant-in-Common (TIC) Ownership real estate. Bill Eatock has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/E-Business from the University of Phoenix.
